Can’t access on tv
It was resolved, I don't like that this site is called pissedconsumer. Also, there should be a direct phone number for issues without having to fill out information before you can make a call.

I'm asking for a refund on card ending in 3328 I made the change for all payments to be charge on card number ending in 4628 I add the card information I'm hoping that the refund will be reimbursed to card 3328 as soon as possible if not I'll be calling tomorrow morning I remove the 3328 card and I addit the card for further payments. And this is a lousy way to communicate with Disney services. Hope message got through.

Can.ot connect to Disney+, Hulu with Direct tv streaming
THINK about the remote. I couldnt delete the old disney ÷ app with the remote when using the new remote that I was given when swithing to streaming. However, my original LG remote made it work.
I spent 7 hours with vsrous cistomer service agent and none could fix it for me.

I was having trouble signing in and couldn't get through to customer service and finally got someone after being disconnected twice but after all I am satisfied the problem has been solved

I live in *** b c and I have two tv in that house that I use disney plus but I work in prince *** and I have one t v I use for my disney plus and it said , I am away from home too many times, I talked to a person on Customer service and my Disney plus has been fixed.Thank you

My animated stuff on Disney Plus is in another language… not in English
She was very patient with me! Lol.
The language was in Danish, but she helped me through it. I would definitely recommend.

Billing & Log On
- Could not reach toll-free lines; used a button to reach Kate.

needed to speak to billing. My phone service will not allow me to call your toll free lines.
I found a button that lead me to talk to someone about issue. Her name was *** and she was very patient with 73 YO disabled veteran. ***'s professional, attitude, care, & kindness was so felt. Please allow her an option to be promoted or monetary reward.
The last two assistors were so great that I wish I could talk to them if I have another issue. The last two did not follow thru or did not know how to correct the issues I had. The man in June or July 2024 totally made mistakes which caused almost two years of double billing. The man in Dec 25.
also did not follow thru with his commitment. Again I was being doubled billed Two separate accts.

User's recommendation: Check to see what was promised by employee. This would cause more calls, but will help the customer see the action was corrected.
They took care of my issue.
- Dislikes the name PissedConsumer and prefers FrustratedConsumer.
- Having two separate passwords for Hulu and Disney was a problem.
I don't like the name PissedConsumer. FrustratedConsumer would be better.
I don't like that Hulu and Disney have 2 different passwords. That was the problem and I wasn't about to fix it on my smart TV.
Unable to login second home
- I paid to add a second home, but profiles don't sync between homes.
- We have devices across two homes and need seamless Disney Plus profile syncing.
I have 2 homes! Your the do not allow for that.
I paid to added a second home. Then I found out there is no way to sync the profiles between the 2 homes. We have 2 granddaughters with tablets as well as 2 screens in 2 vans and 2 phones, 1 laptop and 1 desktop computer. They all have the same profiles synced to them.
The girls go from tablet to van to home to watch material on Disney Plus. Now they can no longer seamlessly go from 1 house to another. It makes zero sense that I can go from a tablet, to laptop to desktop to phone or to a van seamlessly, but not from home to home. We have done this since Disney Plus started.
At some point the rules have been changed and it no longer is possible to do this. It really sucks!!!
