I am being charged for Disney an I don't have

They absolutely did nothing for me, I'm still being charged for Disney , haven't had it for over 5 months but being charged 7.99 an month for the past 5 months

To CANCEL it!

The customer service l received was great!
However, your cancellation process is the worst. Third party or not, it should not be so difficult.
Please revisit that process and make changes more simpler.

I Was paying for Disney+ bundle with Hulu. Was not receiving programming for 2 months.

Called customer service who was more than willing to help resolve our programming issue and even gave us a credit. Nice to see there are still some fairy tale endings.

This was the third call. None of the representatives helped me.

I paid for plan then deleted account to try and get bundle from Verizon. Now I cant even watch the plan I paid for and cant get bundle through Verizon cuz Disney said I have to wait a month. Wouldnt help me at all, so recap I paid for plan, deleted it to get Verizon bundle on my Verizon account, then was told I cant get bundle for a month and in order to watch Disney I have to pay again. Tried paying again and it says to call customer service.

Ya right, not doin that again. Disney took my money and simply wont help me, Im so so upset, cant believe they would do this! And cant believe they get away with this!!!

Horrible company for doing this to me, now my family members are considering deleting their accounts because of the treatment they gave me, and they have had Disney forever now. Im telling everyone I know about the treatment they gave me, and hoping people will see how horrible they treated a paid customer!!!
