Could not watch Disney+ and Hulu on my television only on my iPhone

Cannot watch Disney+ or Hulu on a bundle on my smart TV. I can only watch it on my iPhone and who really wants to watch on a very small phone screen when I could be using it on my 85 inchQled. Keep getting an error message that your company are working on it as an ongoing code error with no resolve refer to case numbers in photo

I tried to set up a subscription for Disney+ and Hulu, $11.99 plus $3 for a charge on my debit card. I didn't receive the service; on the other hand, it did give me Peacock.

I don't know what's going on, but I didn't receive the service I wanted. I signed up on the Disney+ app through my smart TV.

I would like this to be fixed immediately. My children are very disappointed.

Poor! No one answered.

After several minutes a recording , not AI, said to press 2 if I wanted a call back since the wait was going to be long.

Never got a call back either time I called for support. Do I still cant watch Disney plus that Im paying for !

I kept getting hung up on, but when I finally got to talk to an agent, things were resolved quickly. However, I emailed them 5 times since January and got no help at all or a return email.
