I tried to set up a subscription for Disney+ and Hulu, $11.99 plus $3 for a charge on my debit card. I didn't receive the service; on the other hand, it did give me Peacock.
I don't know what's going on, but I didn't receive the service I wanted. I signed up on the Disney+ app through my smart TV.
I would like this to be fixed immediately. My children are very disappointed.

However, I am very annoyed that I have been charged an annual subscription on my credit card. I never requested this method; you just directly debited my credit card. I have now canceled my subscription as I am very upset and would like a refund ASAP.
