- In December Disney Hulu said I don't have an account after a year of service.
- Samsung and Roku show the same issue; IP changes; tickets 11701/11702.
I have had Disney Hulu for a year all of a sudden in Dec said I don't have an account. There are only two TVs, my samsung and a Roko.
Anyway i called and rep was very nice ,however problem not solved .Thirty days later same problem call again ,say straightened out,thirty day later same thing spoke to *** if course same problem,he explained your Ip changes all the time. Told him tired of calling with the same problem. Ticket *** Told me to call back 2 hrs I did get said he put on for 180 days then I have to call back with same problem Ticket ***. For I year no problem now a continuous one.
Same TV s same Ip for me so I really would like the problem solved. Don't want to call and complain every time you guys cut me off. By the way all customer services reps awesome . They said Disney was blocking the change to fix.
I would really like it corrected. No I never let anyone use my Disney account.

Hi, I have been trying to get a subscription for the last 3 months. I finally gave up and called them, and they said that the website has been down. Then they laughed; even *** was having issues.

I was never dissatisfied. Then somehow I heard from pissed customer.
Everyone did a great job. Happy to be a customer.
Was charged when it's been canceled for over a year
I ended my subscription Feb 2025 and was charged today 189. From *** and im located in nv.
It made no sense to me.
But was resolved. Unless I dont get my funds back then we have a problem.

Make canceling service easy. Provide better movie selection.

Disney Plus automatically charged me for an annual subscription without me knowing. Please help me refund the money; it was supposedly for my tuition fee.

I paid for Disney+ and it won’t let me login
When I log in to Disney, it keeps wanting to charge me over and over but won't let me in to Disney Plus.

Remove parental controls
Phone call dropped. He appeared to be someone helpful at first, but he's clearly from another country, and the phone call dropped.
Preferred solution: And answer us to how to remove the parental control

We had to make a payment with a new debit card. We called in the evening and the operator was Very helpful and answered all our questions ![]()

Extremely difficult to cancel subscription,
- Cancellation can't be completed; options loop you around.
- Clicking an option opens another panel of options, returning you to the start.
The options take you around and around and cancellation can't get completed. When you click on an option, you get another panel of options.
Then, you're starting from square. Wasted time to prevent cancellation.

The customer rep was very, very knowledgeable. He spoke in a calm and assuring demeanor.
He walked me through the process in a way I could follow. I told him he deserves a raise!
Can't start subscription; it comes up with Disney, Hulu, and ESPN. I want HBO and have already paid $34.97.
